At Luxury Spa Bathrobes, we want you to be completely wrapped in comfort; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all luxury tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your bathrobe and place it back into its original gift box and protective shipping mailer to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
